WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide including the USA and Canada. unfortunately with our products being heavy and large in size this can sometimes be expensive on single unit orders. We are always looking out for west and east coast dealers in the US and Canada. Strangely enough though, we can ship to Australia cheaper than some parts of Scotland. Best thing to do is send us your ZIP/Post code with you enquiry and we'll do what we can. Of course your always welcome to arrange collection
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We accept returns of stock items within 14 days of delivery. however we do not accept returns of bespoke attachments once you have given us the go ahead to build them from the drawings supplied or if we were given incorrect details when placing the order. Of course we will do all we can to help, so if the item is still in new condition and will fit on other common machines we will offer either a refund or a replacement attachment
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
we have no minimum order wether that be from a dealer or an end user. however we can usually offer discounts on multiple orders and combine shipping costs if we can
WILL YOU PRICE MATCH A COMPETITOR?
We will always price match a competitors product if it is like for like or of similar specification. We wont price match inferior products and we certainly will not lower our standards to win a sale. You get what you pay for as always. We get asked quite regularly can we reduce the amount or thickness of Hardox in our buckets to make them cheaper, the answer is NO. We have carefully chosen the grades and thicknesses of each steel for each attachment. Starting off with a bucket with 20% less wear material than standard is not cost effective in the long run, it gives you a sub standard bucket and it gives us a bad reputation
