After years of repairing and rebuilding pulverisers from other manufacturers we have finally designed our own range. Still in the testing phase and will be coming back of trails early this year. All our pulverisers are built from SSAB Strenx700 ultra high yield steel in the main body to keep weight down to a minimum but as strong as possible. With a minimum yield strength of 700 Mpa its 3 times stronger than normal steel and resistant to fatigue. The working end of our pulverisers is from SSAB Hardox 500. Available with bolt in jaws or fixed, Speed valves for reduced cycle times and circuit protection. We offer 2 ranges, fixed and rotation. Both styles have re-bar shears as an option on smaller units and standard from 5 ton upwards. Currently we have units ready for 1-5 ton range, 3-9 ton range, 5-12 ton & 13 -20 ton.
