Our Fixed blade Excavator Tree shears are built entirely from SSAB Hardox 450 with a SSAB Hardox 500 bolt on machined blade. Currently we built these for machines from 2 ton to 18 ton. Or fixed blade tree shears also have the option to upgrade to a hydraulic shear system in the future if you wish. You simply remove the bolt on blade and bolt the hydraulic shear unit on as a replacement. Some minor hydraulic work is required but we supply the replacement pipework. Fixed blade shears only require 1 dual flow hydraulic circuit . . As always our shears come with a 3 year warranty.
Our Stump harvesters are built for a high yield steel plated with Hardox 450 wear plates. Main blade is from SSAB Hardox 500 and is CNC Machined to a sharp blade. Designed for removing stumps out the ground and chopping them up for chippers or BioFuel. As you can see in the videos they also do a pretty good job of splitting large logs down ready for chipping. Available in direct mount or quick hitch mountable. 3 year warranty on all our attachements
